Fit4Lead: Four steps to sustainable leadership success
Managers are faced with the challenge of actively shaping collaboration within the company and reinterpreting it in the spirit of New Work . The public LLC leadership seminar "Fit4Lead" provides practical answers to these questions. It combines scientifically sound findings with proven methods to prepare leaders for the demands of the modern working world . Inspired by the research of Robert Blake and Jane Mouton and based on the book "Fit for Leadership 4.0" (Hecker/Schircks/Lindenberg, Waxmann Verlag), participants learn how to successfully continue their company's success story in the world of work 4.0.
Four steps to sustainable leadership success
🔹 ❶ Prework: Individual preparation
The 20-hour pre-work phase lays the foundation for successful participation in the seminar. Participants will intensively engage with the leadership model from "Fit for Leadership 4.0 – Courage to Change with GRID." They will reflect on their personal values , compare them with their current leadership behavior , and prepare specifically for the on-site phase.
🔹 ❷ Presence phase: Rediscover leadership
During the face-to-face phase, managers learn what it means when high-performing teams exceed their own expectations . They experience firsthand the self-efficacy that develops when a culture of trust is built on openness, fairness, and respect . These values are the key to commitment, engagement, and sustainable performance .
The seminar teaches how leaders can build trusting, values-based leadership in a constantly changing world. 🔹 ❸ Virtual Transfer Coaching: Sustainable Implementation (optional)
Three accompanying video calls after the seminar ensure that the newly acquired knowledge and experiences are sustainably integrated into everyday leadership practice. Participants can reflect on their challenges and develop targeted solutions to successfully apply what they have learned.
🔹 ❹ Follow-up: Long-term development (optional)
A one-day follow-up session takes place six to nine months after the seminar. Participants reflect on their implementation successes and develop concrete steps to further strengthen their leadership skills . A specially developed 360° feedback process broadens their perspective and reveals new potential for sustainable leadership development.
