Our continuing education program is aimed at teams and participants who have already participated in our leadership seminars, team building or innovation workshops.
Experience shows that three to six months after participating in the seminar, the transfer into daily practice should be clearly visible, e.g. through positive feedback, individual goal achievement or concretely measurable milestone successes.
Regardless, nine to twelve months after the first seminar, a systematic evaluation of the team's or individual's progress in relation to the original goals should be conducted. Reflecting on the current situation, refreshing what has been learned, or providing targeted 360° feedback will ensure that your progress is sustainable and that you remain successful on your development path.
