Sustainable reinforcement through our brush up
Our seminar builds on a previous leadership seminar from LLC and serves as a long-term reinforcement. The brush-up seminar serves to sustainably consolidate what has been learned from the Top Lead and Fit for Leadership seminars, approximately one year after participating in either of the two seminars.
Contents and objectives:
- Evaluate experiences: Experiences with implementation have already been gained; now it is a matter of evaluating what went well and where adjustments need to be made.
- 9.9 Leadership Training: Practical exercises for applying the 9.9 leadership model in challenging situations.
- Intensive group and partner work: In intensive group and partner work, new approaches to solutions are developed and the next steps within one’s own leadership role are planned.
