- We analyze which measures have been successfully implemented in practice since the initial team development. Which improvements have proven successful?
- Where have we made particularly good progress? What factors contributed to this success?

Challenges and stumbling blocks:
- We identify potential obstacles and stumbling blocks. Where were there difficulties? How can we overcome them?
- Let's consider critical situations or conflicts within the team. How were they handled?

Crisis management and dealing with difficult situations:
- We'll discuss proven methods for managing crises. How can we deal with challenges constructively as a team?
- The focus is on the importance of communication, empathy and collaboration.

Current goals:
- Together, we develop clear, solution-oriented goals for the team. Where do we want to improve? What successes are we striving for?
- We consider both individual and collective goals. How can these contribute to the company's success?
