Fit4Lead: Three Steps to Sustainable Leadership Success

The public LLC Leadership Seminar “Fit4Lead” provides practical answers to these questions. It combines scientifically grounded insights with proven methods to prepare leaders for the demands of the modern working world. Inspired by the research of Robert R. Blake and Jane S. Mouton and based on the book “Fit for Leadership 4.0” (Hecker/Schircks/Lindenberg, Waxmann Verlag), participants will learn how to successfully continue the success story of their organization in the world of Work 4.0.

🔹 1. Prework: Individual Preparation
The 20-hour prework phase lays the foundation for a successful seminar experience. Participants dive deep into the leadership model presented in “Fit for Leadership 4.0 – Courage to Change with GRID”. They reflect on their personal values, compare them with their current leadership behaviors, and prepare for the interactive seminar phase.
🔹 2. On-site Seminar: Experiencing Leadership in Action
During the seminar, leaders experience what happens when high-performing teams go beyond their limits. They witness the power of self-efficacy that emerges when a culture of trust based on openness, fairness, and respect is established.
